CDCPL has obtained license from SECP to separate its R/TA functions and successfully transferred all its client companies for CDC Share Registrar Services Limited – commencing from July 1st, 2019.

CDC R/TA has introduced end-to-end services for dividend processing and executed the reconciliation of dividend for GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited and Glaxo Consumer Health Care Limited.

CDC Share Registrar Services successfully executed the highest level of IPO of M/s Interloop Limited in March 2019.
